Everyone is warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Village Hall.

This is an opportunity for members of the public and local residents to hear updates on the past year, learn about upcoming plans, and share their thoughts on how the hall continues to serve our community. Your voice and involvement are an important part of keeping the Village Hall a welcoming and well-used space for everyone.

The meeting will include reports from the committee, a review of finances, and a discussion of future activities and improvements. There will also be time for questions and open discussion.

We would be very pleased to see you there and encourage anyone interested in the Village Hall’s work to come along and take part. 

South Holland RC Truckers are rolling into Meldreth Village Hall on Sunday 24th May from 9am, and you’re invited to join the action!
