Hire The Hall

Meldreth Village Hall uses an online booking system (LemonBooking) to manage all booking requests and invoices. This allows availability to be viewed in real time and makes the booking process quick and straightforward.

All bookings are subject to the Standard Conditions of Hire and Payments, Deposits and Cancellation Policy, both of which must be read and agreed to before a booking can be confirmed. By submitting a booking, hirers are confirming acceptance of both documents.

Non-commercial hirers (including those using bouncy castles or similar equipment) should also review our Hirers’ Public Liability Insurance Cover and, where applicable, our Bouncy Castle Policy.
